In the days of Xim the Despot, there was a king who could use the force to help him rule. His name was Saldon Carso and he was the only ruler who was able to successfully oppose Xim.
Saldon reportedly used the force to not only increase his troops effectiveness but to also guide his path and aid in his benevolent rule.

In one fascinating story, Xim's forces had Saldon and a thousand of his royal forces trapped on the planet Cartayna. Outnumbering Saldon four to one Xim ordered his troops forward, wanting to slaughter the royal forces and even saldon himself. Saldon it is said was able to use the force, bolster his frightened troops and emerge victorious.
In truth Saldon's crown contained most of his power. The origins of this crown were never known. Some say it came from alien beings outside the known galaxy. Some said it was older than even the technology of hyperspace travel. As powerful as Saldon was he still could not escape death and one day he passed on. His faithful subjects heartbroken at his passing buried his crown with him as a sign of their grief.

GAME NOTES:
The crown will give a bonus of 2D to all force skills while it is worn. The crown also conveys the following powers if not known by the Jedi:

Farseeing
Sense Path
Sense Force Potential
Battle Meditation
Force Harmony

If the wearer commits and evil act (resulting in a Dark Side Point) while wearing the Crown of Wisdom the wearer takes 6D damage, loses a force point permanently, and all force skills are permanently halved.
