Klux Martin played by Jason Lee
Yup, we'll start with our beloved Jedi, Klux. In most games, Klux comes off as pretty unassuming, but with a slight edge. Kinda like, "He's ready to snap, just give him some time." No one could pull this off better than Jason Lee. The star of such films as "Mallrats" and "Dogma", Lee has shown that when he needs to, he can play intense. Plus if you saw him in "Almost Famous" he looks dead on like Kluxxy...he would have to pull that hair back though!.
Well, the obvious first batch in the Raptor Squad Casting Couch series is the actual Raptor Squad. If you've ever been to this site you know their stories, so, lets go!

Vic Palisades played by Hugh Jackman
This one was kinda rough, but ultimately we settled on Jackman. Why? Well, on top of reasons such as versatility, range and appearance, there is the important consideration of facial hair. Many may or may not realize that Vic started out with a big ole' honkin' set of muttonchops. Well hell! Who better to pull off that than our boy Jackman? As Wolverine in the X-Men film, Jackman was all about muttonchops and intensity...two traits that an actor would have to have to play Palisades!

Balthazar Cocaroth voiced by Michael Dorn
Even with such great make-up effects as we've seen in "Planet of the Apes", we are still gonna have to go with a CGI Baal. Given the prowess and pure acrobatic ability of our other Force practitioner, there would be just no other way to go. However, that doesn't mean that we won't need someone with a powerful and intimidating voice to pull off the vocal chores. Michael Dorn, who played "Lt.Worf" in "Star Trek: The Next Generation" would be prefect. A deep bass voice that just screams "I'm gonna cut you into a lifeless torso".

Koort Ter'Chon played by Jet Li
Granted, Koort is generally clad in his Ubese Armor, making him look little different than Princess Leia did when she infiltrated Jabba's palace. However, on those occasions that he gets blown out of his armor, or, is forced to leave it behind, we would have to have someone who could pull off this difficult role. Jet Li, who starred in the film "Black Mask" is the only one to fill the role. In addition to being a martial arts master, Li has a smaller frame, perfect for our Bounty Hunter who came straight out of the Uba Wastelands!!

Xander Paddox played by Brad Pitt
Well, when Xander was first created Pitt was used as a template for the character. Not to mention, Pitt could pull off the role of the young Tapani Noble who is out for excitement and adventure and lands in an Imperial Prison. Granted, while Pitt (who starred in Fight Club) would have to keep his skin silky smooth for the part, he is definitely the man for the job. The first rule of Raptor Squad...ah, you know the rest.

Khara Doone played by Halle Berry
And finally we come to our Wroonian Thief. For this role we need someone young, vibrant and full of life, just like Khara herself. None other than Halle Berry sprang to mind for this role. Known for such films as "X-men" and "Monster's Ball", this Academy-Award winning actress has the carefree spirit and range we would need for our fun-loving Wroonian.

Well, that's it! We hope you enjoyed this new little feature and hope to do more of these in the future. As always, we welcome your feedback and input, so send it along. Until next time, we'll see you...at the movies? No...around the gaming table!
