• Package Price: This includes the hardware, surgery cost, bacta cost and time spent in our luxurious recuperating facilities.

• Upgrades: Upgrade prices are listed separately in each entry.

• Additional recovery time: Sometimes a patient will want to spend a few extra days laying low. For a mere 50 credits a day we can provide you with one of luxurious recovery suites.

• Extended Warranty: While Dr.Levalls guarantees his work we do make an extended warranty available. A ten year extended warranty will cost, generally, 65% of the package price. Please see all fine print for specific limitations.

• Accidental Record Loss: We here at Dr.Levall's realize the importance of secrecy. So, for an additional fee we can make a point to "misplace" all records of your stay with us. This insures that once you leave Dr.Levall's, the only thing marking your stay with us is the memory of quality service you received. * This option negates all Extended Warranty options.
