GM Notes: At the beginning of combat, when other characters roll perception, Whatley rolls his QUICK DRAW skill. If his roll beats all other PERCEPTION rolls, he gets to draw his weapon and fire before anyone else cant take an action.

History:
Born on Ryloth, the being known as Whatley jumped on a freighter as soon as we was old enough and never looked back. Crewing for a Herglic named Org Prakk, he fell into a comfortable existence as a spacer until he hit his late twenties. It was at this point that Prakk entered into a game of Pazzak with a Tapani Noble and won a substantial stretch of land on the planet Pavia in the Tapani Sector.
Using his winnings, Prakk bought the title of Baron and settled down in his new kingdom in the Cadriaan sector of Tapani. However, running a kingdom is hard work, and one must surround himself with reliable servants-it was at this point that Whatley became Baron Prakk�s house troubleshooter.
Holding this position for over three decades, Whatley eventually tired of the intrigue and backstabbing he had to deal with on a daily basis, and, upon Prakk�s untimely demise (rumored to be at the hands of his own son and new wife) Whatley took all of the wealth he was able to accumulate and moved on to the planet Valhallan Falls.
Spending several decades engaging in blaster duels to protect the honor of his house or just for sport had honed Whatley�s skills and after spending time getting to know his new home and it�s people turned this knowledge and experience into Whatley�s Gunslinger Academy.
Whatley was rumored to have been killed by one of his own students, Croto the Crusher, however, no body was ever found and no proof ever surfaced to back up the Croto�s claims. What is known is that Whatleys Academy, which was housed in an old military bunker on Valhallan Falls was left abandoned between sessions and apparently ransacked by looters.
